Catalyst Concepts

This establishes what the client and the life coach think is required in terms of sessions and work and is followed by one or more of the below:

Single consultation of 2 hours
2 package consultation of 2 hours each
Personal & Professional Breakthrough package – 4 to 5 sessions of 3 hours each
Ongoing monthly consultation – 6 month or 12 month contract
